They are 1.2mm high and 0.4mm thick The sizes quoted above are internal diameter. What size should you buy? Measure the diameter of your crystal and buy from the drop down box the size which is the same size as your crystal. So if you have a 30mm crystal select 30mm. If you wish you can choose a slightly smaller size (eg 29.9 or 29.8) the crystal will squeeze into this space with no issues. However bear in mind the gasket wall is 0.4mm. So if you choose a 30mm gasket the outer diameter will be 30.8mm. This may be significant when assessing the internal gasket space of your watch as you will not want a gasket that is slightly loose in your case. If you need any advice please ask. You may also want to buy some crystal cement from my Ebay shop which could help to fill any unwanted gaps between case and gasket.
