Item was found in the estate of a 97-year-old watch repairman from Manhattan who had recently passed away. Unable to test this item fully due to the fact it has no crowned for me to wind or set time. When blowing air lightly on the balance it will rock back and forth three or four times then stop. See close up photos before purchasing this item is sold as is for parts or repair if no returns offered. Thank you for looking.
