Item was found in the state of a 97-year-old watch repairman from Manhattan who had recently passed away. I was able to wind this item without any issue. I was able to set time without issue. Movement will not run on its own. When blowing air lately on the balance it will rock back and forth and run for about 5 Seconds then stop.
