This is a NOS Waltham 16s part number 4783 shipper bar for models 1899, 1908, Equity, and military issued models 1945 Running Barrel, and 17j 5 adjustment grade A 1617. This was in the original sealed package which I opened to check the condition. This may have minor spots of grunge/discoloration but is otherwise in good usable condition.
