This is a NOS 12s pocket watch stem out of a watchmaker's American stem and sleeve cabinet. This came out of bottle 72 (not included) which is for a Keystone 12s open face case. Some bottles in the cabinet have the correct parts while others don't. The stem appears to match the chart, but please see pics and judge for yourself as the variations in some of the stems are very subtle.
