This is a lot of mixed parts that came out of a watchmaker's cabinet that was labeled as Elgin 5640. I can't tell if the balance wheel is used, damaged, or is good, everything else, including the jewelled roller tables, hairsprings, balance staffs, etc appear to be in good to pristine condition.
