The bottom-right piece shows ornate engraving on the step-lugs typical of the Art Deco era. This was manufactured by the famous Swiss case-maker Schmitz Frères & Cie from Grenchen, Switzerland, known for pioneering early water-resistant "clamshell" watch cases during the late 1930s and 1940s.
