In the Elgin factory vernacular these are called winding arbors, but everyone else just calls them stems. What adds some intrigue to these is this is the movement most often found in little ladies bracelet watches from the 1950's (look it up - they're cute). See images for further details. Packaging was not thoroughly moisture proof so they may need some light cleaning before use. I specialize in hard to find watch parts and all watch parts are unconditionally guaranteed.
