Offered for sale is an antique Tavannes pocket watch movement, Swiss made circa 1904 for parts/repair. This is a 18s 17-jewel adjusted stem-wind lever-set movement, and comes with a double-sunk white dial with black roman numerals and blue steel hands. This movement was made for open faced watches, since the winding arbor is at the 12 o'clock position. The dial is in poor condition with a chip on the edge by the 9 o'clock and 11 o'clock position and a few minor hairline cracks. The movement does not run. The balance assembly appears okay.
