The movement does wind and set the time smoothly and does tick and RUN in all four dial positions. The dial measures about 12.4mm wide by about 13.4mm long. Both the dial and hands rate at least VERY GOOD and are decently presentable. NO RESERVE!! Payment is due immediately upon purchase.
