The balance staff is in good condition however the movement does not run when wound. I hear a tick periodically when winding and the click does not engage the ratchet wheel, however cannot guarantee what the issue is. The dial reacts to a geiger counter so is original, and i believe the entire dial is the cause due to the lack of lumed hours.
