The movement runs when wound however hasn’t been tested for accuracy and is missing parts, so is sold as-is for restoration. I suspect that it was made for the Chinese market and it measures roughly 18 Ligne across. Another point of note aside from the uniquely shaped bridges is the balance wheel which has four divots machined into it as shown in the photos. I do not know their purpose however they look professionally done.
