This is a vintage Joel branded watch head, stainless steel case marked waterproof and shockresistant on the case back. No band is included, just the watch head. The dial reads Joel, 25 Jewels, Waterproof, but the movement inside is signed Croton Reliance, Twenty One Jewels. The jewel count and branding don't match the dial, so this piece has had a movement swap at some point in its history. The watch winds and runs.
